Service Agreement
Welcome to SparkleNest Cleaning Solutions LLC. We are dedicated to providing thorough, compassionate residential and commercial care throughout the Savannah, Georgia area. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review the following terms before booking your service.
Access and Entry
We require full access to your property for the duration of the cleaning. Please ensure that all doors, windows, and entry points are unlocked and clear of any obstructions. We will provide a professional entry notice and will respect your privacy during our visit.
Pets and Fragile Items
We are committed to the safety of your home and its inhabitants. If you have pets, please inform us in advance so we can proceed with the necessary precautions. We will handle all fragile or high-value items with the utmost care and will not remove or damage anything without your explicit consent.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Due to the nature of our work, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. If we are unable to accommodate a last-minute change, we may be unable to provide a refund for the deposit or balance due.
Payment and Balance
Final pricing is determined by the size of your home, the frequency of the cleaning, and any add-ons requested. A deposit is typically required at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance is due at the time of service completion or as outlined in the service agreement.
